Mary Ellen Mark was known for her photojournalism and documentary photographs. She was an extremely well-rounded photographer and took a lot of approaches to get a wide array of results. Her work was presented in art shows all around the world. She was also featured in a bunch of newspapers including big ones such as the New York Times.
