Clarke Galusha is known for his tintypes. A tintype is a positive that is taken on a thin tin plate. Galusha has taken many tintypes which have been put on lots of displays making him a relatively well known photographer for how he has perfected the art of tintype photography. He currently is living in Portland, Oregon and is a wet plate collodion tin-typist. As a photographer, his biggest focus is on the younger generations an children photography.
Through using the wet plate collodion method, he has photographed many children as well as older people in the population. Although his goal has been to use this art form that is no longer used very commonly to capture youth.
